As a devoted wife and mother with over eight years of experience working with children and individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, I understand the importance of personalized care. M.O.B. provides a unique behavior consultation service that transforms waiting periods and challenging moments into meaningful, actionable, and real-life changes utiliizng behavior analytic techniques. I am committed to building a personal and genuine connection with each of my clients by delivering high-quality services, attainable milestones, and those “aha!” moments that make a difference. Kea Lee M.S., BCBA, LBA
My enthusiasm for Applied Behavior Analysis drives my commitment to helping others achieve their everyday goals and successes. I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology & Audiology from Old Dominion University and my Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I have experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for 8 years. in a variety of settings which include clinic, home, schools, and community. I take great pleasure in educating others about behavior analysis and exploring the reasons behind behaviors. Witnessing even the smallest changes in the lives of children and adults receiving therapeutic services is incredibly rewarding. Growing up in a military family and traveling to various countries outside of the United States has enriched my understanding of diverse cultures, values, and lifestyles. Recently, I've discovered a new passion for behavior consulting services, and I genuinely look forward to meeting new people along this journey!

ABA ( applied behavior analysis) is an evidence-based and scientific approach to understanding behavior, modifying behaivor, and increasing skills.
ABA utilizes a variety of interventions and techniques to promote individual growth in areas such as communication, social skills, and daily living skills.

ABA is used more often than we think. It can be implemented in everyday life to increase skill, change behavior, and increase productivity.
